Vintage Industrial height adjust stool in the style of ‘uhl art steel stool’ 
In the style of the iconic 1930’s / 1950’s American industrial adjustable height factory stool designed and patented by Clement Uhl for the Toledo Metal Furniture Co, the ‘uhl art steel stool’.

Including the revolutionary releasable clutch designed primarily for vertically adjustable revolving type stools. The rise / fall mechanism is operated by Y handle lever beneath the seat.

Consisting, circular hardwood seat, khaki livery with chrome feet.

No makers mark present, previously used items with light signs of previous use  inc small areas of paint loss. We have been unable to confirm if these are originals or close reproductions, for that reason we have priced based on them being quality reproductions.
