We are pleased to offer this interesting vintage blue and white Chinese baluster lamp with classic hand painted outline coastal scene featuring temple, fishermen, bridges, etc.
We particularly like the unstructured non-repeat images on the ceramic baluster body, it offers a cleaner background making the lamp more contemporary in appearance compared to the more common 19thC repeat patterns we see more frequently.
The lamp has a turned timber base and turned timber lid, brass central column which is height adjustable and we have included a brand new white pleated shade.
The lamp is in good condition throughout including recent rewire, new switched bulb holder and plug to current regulations.
Highly recommended one of one lamp perfect for classic or contemporary interiors.
