Large format Victorian Great Western Railways Station Masters Desk in pine.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a genuine railway piece from the age of steam. 
This desk is almost 2m long providing a very generous work surface with considerable storage within left hand cupboard, right hand drawers and full depth apron drawers beneath the top. Original brass pull handles are all stamped GWR.
This desk is constructed from large sections of pine, made to last several lifetimes. This item is very heavy even with the drawers removed, this will require minimum 3 people to safely move.
The desk has age related marks including , marks, indents, scratches and stains commensurate with its age and use. These minor life scars have given the desk its unique aged patina. Overall the desk is in good condition with smooth running drawers, etc.
