The XXL Barbers spoke is all the way from Japan where competition between barbers is fierce. 

We offer it for sale in its non working state, to be rewired by your electrician ahead of installation. 

The internals are simple, they consist of two fluorescent tubes and a small motor to power the rotation of the stripes. There are no electronics or computers involved but the pole will require electrics to convert from 110V to 250V.
