This is a genuine decommissioned 3rd stage fan blade from a Rolls Royce Rb199 jet engine used to menacing effect in the acclaimed RAF Tornado fighter jet.

This precision blade has been carefully decommissioned, cleaned and then machine polished on one side to a mirror finish. The other side has been left in its original state. 

The blade has been set into a hand finished block of seasoned oak hand selected from a sustainable source.

This practical paperweight is both tactile and very easy on the eye from all angles of view.
