We follow the widely adopted Royal Mail U.K. postal zones.
If the product description states U.K. Zone 1 postage is included in our price this refers to England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands).
Prior to placing your order please enquire for postage prices for delivery to the following destinations -
- U.K. Zone 2 - Highlands, Islands of Scotland - enquire for price.
- U.K. Zone 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly - enquire for price.
- Channel Islands - enquire for price.
- Overseas Postage - Rest of the world - enquire for price.
Furniture, larger items and multiple item orders.
For larger items like furniture, more delicate items like mirrors, and restricted items not possible to send by conventional postal services etc., our product descriptions outline that our quoted prices do not include delivery and to ignore any reference during checkout that may mention the inclusion of delivery being included.
We are happy to quote for competitive delivery of these product categories using one of our trusted specialist carriers or using our own transport. Unless otherwise agreed delivery will provided on the basis of kerbside delivery using a single driver who will require assistance to offload if the item is large and or heavy.
