For larger items like furniture, more delicate items like mirrors, and restricted items not possible to send by conventional postal services etc., our product descriptions outline that our quoted prices do not include delivery and to ignore any reference during checkout that may mention the inclusion of delivery being included. 

We are happy to quote for competitive delivery of these product categories using one of our trusted specialist carriers or using our own transport. Unless otherwise agreed delivery will provided on the basis of kerbside delivery using a single driver who will require assistance to offload if the item is large and or heavy.
