Well made and substantial 20th Century dark mahogany pedestal desk with generous 9 drawer storage. Presented in good clean condition ready for immediate use by its new owner this desk is ideal for home working, home business use.

Moulded perimeter edge top with red leather writing skiver over frieze incorporating a wide full depth central drawer flanked by right hand and left hand full depth top drawer with dividers and brass drop pulls.

Central knee space and right hand and left hand pedestal. Each pedestal has three graduated drawers with brass drop pulls and 4 Cabriole legs to each pedestal.

The proportions of this desk allow it to be located in spaces where a larger format partners desk possibly wouldn’t work but this desk still provides generous work space and storage within its 9 full depth drawers.

Condition - historic rub marks at low level/cabriole legs most probably from office chair castors (now re- polished), some small holes to the leather writing skiver, scratches/indents to the frame of the desk consistent with normal wear and tear (two stage re-polish has been undertaken ahead of photography, a third and final polish will be undertaken ahead of sale). Historical repair to cabriole legs (epoxy repair stronger than original leg). Overall the desk is well presented as can be seen in our photographs and drawers are very clean within and free moving.

A stylish solution for someone looking for a quality desk with ample storage.

Please note - this is a one piece desk, it cannot be taken apart for relocation.
