Late Victorian dark mahogany rectangular extending dining table.
Solid mahogany table top with rounded corners, extending to include two further loose leaves above aprons with bead detail. Supported on four well proportioned reeded cylindrical legs with turned detailing, tapering to spindles on brass castors.
The table is extended by means of a free moving pull-out telescopic action to accept either one or two loose leaves.
The table can be used in three different formats  seating 4, 6 or 8 people depending on width of dining chair.
- extended with two leaves for largest place settings, ( 183cm wide x  112cm deep x 74cm tall).
- extended with one leaf inserted for medium setting occasions ( 137cm wide x  112cm deep x  74cm tall).
- both leaves removed for smallest format and transportation  ( 91cm wide x  112cm deep x  74cm tall).
