Classic flared cornice over two equal astragal glazed doors opening to bookcase with three height adjustable shelves.
Chest base including fully fitted Secretaire drawer comprising of multiple pigeon holes, drawers, central lockable compartment and two secret compartments, generous fold down work space with original brass pulls. Three further long graduated drawers with original pulls raised on bracket feet.
This handsome example combines generous work space, lockable bookcase/display and generous storage in the base. Another example which is a credit to its former keepers and original makers.
