Late 19th/early 20thC Ebonised Arts & Crafts Student Bureau Bookcase in the manner of Liberty’s of London.

Attractive Arts & Crafts form comprising top section bookcase with two equal leaded glass doors with stained glass detail and Arts & Crafts period pattern decorative lining, over open shelf section. Key present to lock. This top section is removable for relocation purposes. One small pane of glass is cracked.

Central bureau section with pull out supports and drop down leaf revealing fitted internal writing section, full width drawer beneath with original pressed metal handles and escutcheon.

Lower section comprises of open shelves.

This authentic period piece offers excellent storage volume in a very modest footprint making it an excellent choice for hallway, alcoves and smaller spaces.

Good condition throughout, a very stylish piece.
