This bookcase revolves smoothly providing easy access from all sides and the floor castors allow for ease of relocation. This example includes its original reading stand which is adjusted on its smooth hinge bar with butterfly fastener, folding flat when not in use.
Classic tiger grain pattern to the oak brings an authentic Edwardian period feel.
This piece has signs of previous use including rubbing to flat surfaces from book placement and removal, light scratches, indents and marks from careful and appropriate use. The oak top has a joint line with historical repair.
