Deco design influence can still be seen today in architecture and industrial design but throughout the 20’s/30s/40’s and 50’s it bold geometric shapes and patterns underpinned so many stylish products including its strong influence on 50’s ‘Jet Age’ design.
This impressive 1950’s pendant fitting includes a 30cm honey cream ribbed glass sphere with fine silver coach-line detail  to each rib, original chrome ziggurat gallery fitting which has been gently re-polished to original lustre and a new earthed standard bayonet bulb holder has been added internally ready for straightforward electrical wiring. This fitting includes a chromed hanging chain. Buyer to provide their own secure ceiling plate/rose/hook for hanging the chain and light fitting.
