Grand Walnut console table / hall table being of Victorian origin with later alterations.
This stylish console table most probably started life as a Victorian piano, later professionally modified into a practical piece of quality furniture with shallow internal storage. Comprising of warm mid-tone Walnut finish with raised moulded back rail, lift up top with moulded edge opening to shallow full width storage, plain frieze to three sides, feature turned and facetted tapering forelegs with castors and moulded cap detail to the front, rectangular profile legs to the rear.
This piece provides a generous landing surface for vases, lamps and larger decorative pieces. An eye catching piece for hallways, landings and living areas.
