A professionally framed under glass large format hand coloured map of Worcester including inset vignette of Worcester Cathedral.
During the eighteenth century the surveying required to produce county maps was undertaken as separate projects funded by wealthy local sponsors. This map was published as part of the Greenwoods atlas, which was published in parts over a number of years. 
Offered in good used condition, some evidence of fading.
