Reflecting all the grace and glamour of Deco, this early 20thC piece features incredible matched Walnut veneers and flowing curvaceous Art Deco forms. The aged mellow wood tones allow this piece to work well with lighter and darker natural woods in the same space.
Consisting of bowed single central door with serpentine profile top and internal mirror and unique Art Deco door pull, flanked by two fixed bowed panels with corresponding serpentine profile top. The incredible matched veneer pattern is most striking. Within the robe can be found a single full width hanging rail.
The main robe stands on a separate under-frame consisting of veneered frieze with decorative moulding rising on four carved Spanish scroll supports.
This well cared for item has been photographed after gentle cleaning and prior to final two stage polish which will take place ahead of sale.
